I've spent 12+ years designing B2B enterprise products in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, fintech, and eCommerce. I unite design, product, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. I lead cross-functional teams to create AI-powered, human-centered experiences that drive adoption and customer engagement.

Leading UX strategy for the Data, AI & Analytics organization across Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) onboarding, Private Fleet conversion, and sales support solutions for Health Systems and Ambulatory Care. Established AI experience standards and design governance, managed vendor partnerships, mentored and guided a team of 10+ designers, and co-led the strategy, research, design, and MVP delivery.

Past-due cardholders faced a fragmented, anxiety-inducing path from noticing a missed payment to actually resolving it. I designed the end-to-end mobile journey from login through contextual insight cards into the collections servicing platform, mapping every route a customer could take, including single- and multi-card delinquency scenarios.

Kwik Kopy, Silver City Jewelry, Jindal stainless
Led a 15-person team launching online print services at Kwik Kopy, designed payment integrations with PayPal and Mastercard at Silver City. Built a Stainless Steel SS 304 Grade kiosk system for Indian Railways at Jindal Stainless and ran usability testing on the SAP implementation team.
